Remembering and Preserving History especially those who served.

"As a child in grade school I was in awe hearing stories of our brave men and women of the military.

Years later, I joined the Air Force and traveled to such places as: Cambodia, Japan, Okinawa, Philippines, Saipan, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

What amazed me was the lack of care for the historical places and the lack of knowledge from the locals about the hisorical aspects of of their communities.

I watched in horror as historical places went to ruin and into oblivion of being forgotten. I don't want that to happen to any part of history of mankind.”

"In 1972, A man discovered a solid gold buddha statue in Baguio, Philippines.

Within days it would make international news and embarass the president of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, who, with the help of the Philippine military, stole the statue only a few days before.

In order to cover up his thievery, Marcos would return a lead based statue and arrest the man who found it."
